Démonstrations autour d'un nouveau framework d'interaction gestuelle tactile
Résumé
Through three applications we demonstrate a new interaction framework, named DGIL, dedicated to tactile interfaces such as smartphones. This framework aims to facilitate the interaction design through a unified approach of gesture. This approach relies on a gesture language that consists of a set of 37 primitives. Indeed, based on physical properties of the gesture, it provides over time a syntactic analysis of the movement in the form of a sequence of primitives. These latter are events that can connect to the UI operations. This metalanguage covers several styles of handling and paves the way for new interaction paradigms as we will demonstrate.
