L 2 convergence rates of elliptic boundary value problems with singular parameterizations for Isogeometric analysis
Résumé
In this paper, we discuss the impact of singular parameterizations on L 2 convergence rates of elliptic boundary value problems by deriving a priori estimate. Different from the traditional finite element method, for an elliptic boundary value problem with a non-smooth weak solution, the L 2 convergence rate is improved by controlling singularities of a parameterization in the framework of Isogeometric analysis. Several numerical experiments are presented.
