Spatial Knowledge Transfer Between Models of Hippocampus and Associative Cortex
Résumé
A typical navigation task requires both declarative and non declarative memory for respectively locus memorization and action selection. These dual memories are believed to be achieved in the central nervous systems by the hippocampus and the cortex. To the light of the functionning of each neuronal system, this paper proposes a model of interaction between these structures. This model is illustrated through a simple example of navigation task.
