Cancer as a localised disorganisation of the body plan
Le cancer comme désorganisation localisée du plan corporel
Résumé
Disorganisation presupposes a pre-existent organisation. I propose that in the case of cancer, such organisation is the one implemented by the body plan (Bauplan), programme of the physiological and anatomical construction animal multicellular organisms are made of, a programme present for each species in each cell from the initial zygote, the fecundated egg, until the 200 to 400 totally differentiated cell types in Man, that constitute a coherent and functional organism. Such organisation, output of this programme, which is efficient, as shown by its flawless realisation, specific to each species, in the course of the development of the individual-animal, has no known molecular identification. It fails with respect to its coherence in any anatomically located emergence of the cancerous disease, which is due to a loss of control on cell differentiations and proliferations. Lastly, within this perspective, may anything like a 'cancer psychosomatics' take place?
