State Control Design for Linear Systems with Distributed Time Delays
Abstract
This paper is concerned with the problem of stabilization for continuous-time systems with distributed time delays. Using an extended form of the Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional the controller design conditions are derived with respect to application of structured matrix variables in linear matrix inequalities. The result giving a sufficient condition for stabilization of the system with distributed time delays is illustrated with a numerical example to note reduced conservatism in the system structure.
