Clustering of incomplete, high dimensional and dependent biological data with SpaCEM3

Abstract

The SpaCEM3 software makes the most of variational estimates in Markov Random Field (MRF) models to cluster (i) high-dimensional (ii) dependent and (iii) incomplete data.
