Distributed Component Technology: How Could it Help the Biological Data Analysis Task?

Résumé

This paper is about bioinformatics and distributed object-oriented programming. It shows how the CORBA technology can help people working in bioinformatics to solve integration problems (integration of heterogeneous data) and to carry out data analysis on biological data.
