For that reason, we build a cross-cohort model of cognitive decline that can be personalized to any patient, allowing to impute partially or totally missing scores. This enables to compare at an individual level disease progression of subjects from different cohorts, with a temporal realignment and regarding a broader set of biomarkers. %G English %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-03137870/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-03137870/file/Towards%20cross-cohort%20estimation%20of%20cognitive%20decline%20in%20neurodegenerative%20diseases.pdf %L hal-03137870 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-03137870 %~ INSERM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ INRIA-ROCQ %~ APHP %~ INSMI %~ OPENAIRE %~ TESTALAIN1 %~ ICM %~ INRIA2 %~ ARAMISLAB %~ SORBONNE-UNIVERSITE %~ SORBONNE-UNIV %~ SU-MEDECINE %~ SU-MED %~ TEST-HALCNRS %~ PNRIA %~ SU-TI %~ ANR %~ PRAIRIE-IA %~ ALLIANCE-SU
