Agent approach for Dialoca Services, Architecture and user-mediator interaction
Abstract
This report follows the study of the Dialoca UNIMEDIA platform which provides multimedia communication services to customers. The report summarizes an agent vision of the problem and presents an architecture with four levels of abstraction that allows to erase gradually the media specificity, the runtime constraints and to go towards the core of services. At this high abstraction level, the paper proposes a model for building adaptive multimedia services as the cooperation of roles played by agents. The focus is set on the interaction between a user and a service mediator. After having presented the domain of dialogue systems, the dynamic building of dialogue is discussed.
