Compositionality, a new open-access journal on Episcience

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the journal Compositionality on the Episciences platform.

Founded in 2017, this open-access journal publishes research in English using the principle of compositionality. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, mathematics, computer science, logic, physics, chemistry, engineering, linguistics, and cognitive sciences

The Editors-in-Chief are Aleks Kissinger (University of Oxford) and Joachim Kock (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). See the editorial board members.

The journal is indexed in DBLP, MathSciNet, Mir@bel et zbMath.

Episciences is a platform for publishing scientific journals in diamond open access, which means no access fees for readers and no publication fees for authors. According to the editorial model of epi-journals or overlay journals, the editorial process is based on open archives (Hal, ArXiv, Zenodo, bioRxiv, medRxiv). This platform is developed by the Centre for Direct Scientific Communication (CCSD).

The Scientific Publishing Department of the Scientific Information and Publishing Services of Inria provides editorial support for 10 journals in mechanics, computer science, and applied mathematics:

* Compositionality

* Discrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science (DMTCS)

* Electronic Notes in Theoretical Informatics and Computer Science (ENTICS)

* Fundamenta Informaticae (FI)

* Journal of Data Mining and Digital Humanities (JDMDH)

* Journal of Theoretical, Computational and Applied Mechanics (JTCAM)

* Logical Methods in Computer Science (LMCS)

* Mathematical Neuroscience and Applications (MNA)

* Revue africaine de recherche en informatique et mathématiques appliquées (Arima)

The user support team at CCSD (Center for Direct Scientific Communication) offers one-hour sessions to learn almost everything about depositing in HAL. This one-hour remote training will help you master the process of depositing scientific publications in HAL. Accompanied by a member of the CCSD support team, you will go through the steps to deposit one of your scientific publications in HAL. IMPORTANT: For this training to be effective, it is recommended to participate with a scientific publication ready to be deposited in HAL. See the accepted document types in HAL: https://doc.archives-ouvertes.fr/deposer/les-types-de-document/ Note: If you are new to HAL, it is advisable to attend the "Getting Started in HAL" training first.
