Dynamic Influence Networks for Rule-Based Models

Fig. 1. A screenshot of the DIN-Viz application for analyzing the dynamics of a rule-based model of a protein-protein interaction network (i.e., a Dynamic Influence Network). Our approach emphasizes the influence rules have on each other and enables users to analyze the dynamics of these influences as they change over time. The left panel shows a network of interconnected rules at a specific time step. The right panel provides a global overview of the system as well as detailed information about selected rules.
