            <abstract xml:lang="en">
              <p>Aiming at the problem of triangular mesh hole repairing, a new                            geometric feature based hole filling algorithm was presented. The holes                            boundary were extracted and pretreated, and the advancing front mesh                            technique is used to cover the hole with newly created triangles; The                            Eucliden-coordinate and lapacian of mesh points near the hole boundary                            were chosen as training sample for support vector machines and deduced                            lapacian of filling points;calculated coordinate of filling point throw                            possion equations based on deduced lapacian of filling points to file                            the hole precisely. Examples proved that this algorithm furbished                            geometric details to missing area of triangular mesh surface very                            good.</p>
